These terms apply to AppointmentDock, an online booking service operated by Marton Konrád, Geneva, Illinois, USA. By using it you agree to them.
The service
AppointmentDock lets businesses publish booking pages and manage appointments, and lets their customers book, change and cancel appointments. The business you book with is responsible for the services it provides, its prices and its own policies (such as cancellation rules).
Accounts
Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. Information you give must be accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no false or spam bookings, no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, and no use that breaks the law.
Messages
Booking confirmations, reminders and change notices are sent by email and, if you opt in, by text message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep AppointmentDock running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Confirm important appointments with the business if something looks wrong.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed or incorrect appointments, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
